FREE WOMEN'S CIRCLES

Join us every second Sunday of the month for a free women’s circle!

Women have gathered in sacred circles for millennia. This is a space to connect inward as well as with each other in a deeper way. Every circle features candid, honest sharing and conversation, and may include a combination of meditation, ritual, and journaling.

Indigenous cultures around the world have long held ritualized spaces to rage and grieve (e.g., wailing ceremonies).

Regena Thomashauer (“Mama Gena”) writes about the power of “swamping” with girlfriends in her book, “Pussy: A Reclamation”. The Hoffman Institute refers to its cathartic process of embodying and releasing emotions as “bashing”.

Experience the transformation that occurs when we access and move powerful emotions through our bodies while in community.

In this potent, intimate ceremony, we will identify and honor the difficult emotions we want to release, and use movement, music, scent, and physical touch to help them transmute into something beautiful.

This is a safe, loving space to explore and openly express our sadness, anger, sorrow, and upset, and be witnessed and held.

We are offering this special event two times: on October 25 and 26. Each event is only open to 8 participants. Please register for only one event.

There will be a group Zoom call held on Monday, October 21 at 5:30 pm MT to help participants prepare to "swamp". There will also be an in-person integration session at Welcome Goddess on Saturday, October 26, from 4-5 pm. Participants from the Friday and Saturday events are strongly encouraged to attend both the prep call and the integration session.

Join us for an evening of sisterhood connection, and leave with a new wardrobe!

Drop in any time between 6:30 and 8pm. Simply trade in your clean, lightly-loved clothing for new items donated by other women. Feel free to bring snacks to share – let's make this a PARTY!

Clothing swaps are more than just a fun way to steal your friends' style; they are an act of rebellion against fast-fashion consumerism. We love to engage in new and creative forms of self-expression. But that need is too often co-opted by fast-fashion brands, where exploitative working conditions can adversely impact girls and women around the world.

Let's support our fellow women by coming together to share our styles, and empower each other to continue to express ourselves without contributing to the cycle of consumerism and waste. All clothing left at the end of the swap will be donated to charity.

Our beautiful, energized space is available to rent for private events.

Whether you want to host an intimate class or gathering, or throw a big bash and dance under the stars, Welcome Goddess might be the perfect spot for you!

We have 2,400 square feet of indoor space, a large private back patio, and on-site parking. There are two all-gender bathrooms; a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave; storage areas; and two studios.
