How would you move if there were no shame? If your body could openly express how you felt? If you were not self-conscious about being seen or what other people thought? If you were out of your head and deep inside the delicious sensations of your body?

Welcome to Sensual Flow, an empowering class built upon the popular S Factor practice that brought sensual movement and pole dancing into the mainstream more than 20 years ago. Named for the S-like curvature of the female body, S Factor was inspired by the erotic expression of stripping. But as its creator Sheila Kelley explains, in this practice, “We are stripping away layers of social conditioning, negativity, and criticism.”

In a dimly lit room with no mirrors or men, we remove the gaze that can objectify our being and let ourselves move without fear or judgment. Classes typically begin with a guided warm-up and moving meditation, and incorporate various exercises and soul-stirring music to enhance your own erotic and emotional expression.

Welcome Goddess owner Katherine Davis is thrilled to lead these classes again! Katherine started dancing at S Factor in New York City in 2016, and has since explored many different types of embodied movement. She completed her teacher training at Sensually Embodied in Boulder.

Note: This class is only open to students who have previously completed our Sensual Flow Essentials training, or have danced at S Factor or Sensually Embodied. Please contact us with any questions.

CIRCLE OF BLISS

Practiced for thousands of years, Circle of Bliss (Ananda Mandala in Sanskrit) is a group meditation that invites you to sit in a circle, holding hands, while engaging in rhythmic breathwork and chakra visualizations. This practice is extremely efficient in clearing stuck emotions and blockages, and activating our kundalini energy – the feminine life force stored at the base of the spine.

As the meditation moves through the chakra system, you may experience a range of emotions and reactions, including crying, laughing, shaking, and visions.

The end result? Get ready to experience an otherworldly sense of bliss and overall feeling of wholeness!

Note: This FREE offering is only open to participants who previously practiced Circle of Bliss at Welcome Goddess. This is not a guided meditation; no instruction will be provided.

All genders are welcome. Please bring your own meditation cushions and bolsters.

Circle of Bliss is not recommended for people with cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, or seizure disorders, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding. This free, casual gathering is for ALL of you. Come reconnect with fellow goddesses – and meet new ones. Share your stories and your hearts; your laughter and helpful resources.

Open to women and children of any age and gender, this outdoor event will feature healing sound bowls and an opportunity to "jam" with "Goddess Vibrations" teacher Sara Wilder Reilly. There will also be a raffle with fun prizes!
